Jean-Marc RUÉ and Keiko Orihara opened a chocolatier, Monsieur Chocolat, in ward 15 in Paris in September, 2007. Their cozy shop carries more than 100 kinds of delectable chocolate treats including bonbons, chocolate bars, almond sweets, macaroons, chocolate covered fruits confiture, and marron glacés.

Worked at Peltier as chief chocolatier and chef for 17 years before establishing the chocolate department at Arnaud Larher.
Keiko ORIHARA
First worked for 4 years at the restaurant Liliane, in Japan. Moving to France, she worked as a pâtissière in several French restaurants including Le Stella Marris, L'Agape, and Pierre Gagnaire. She then gained further experience as a pâtissière and chocolatière at Sucré Cacao, La Petite Chocolatière, and Arnaud Larher.
