The following appeared on the front page of Le Figaro:

MONSIEUR CHOCOLAT

“If you have not discovered Monsieur Chocolat yet, it is a chocolatier worth visiting even if it is out of your way.  Mr. Jean-Marc RUÉ is the one who is truly entitled to be called ‘Monsieur Chocolat.’  Recommended chocolates are the REIMS (praliné feuilleté fleur de sel), WASABI, ST-TROPEZ (apricot with milk chocolate), and the chocolate bar containing finely chopped and caramelized cacao beans.”

GAULT MILLAU PARIS 2009
wrote about Monsieur Chocolat: (p.340)

“Mr. Jean-Marc RUÉ opened Monsieur Chocolat after having worked at several famous chocolate shops.
All chocolates are made and selected by Mr. RUÉ.
The freshly made chocolate from the factory is displayed in the warmly painted rosy pink shop right next door.
We recommend the muscadine, oranget, and ganache-wasabi as well as the Ganache gingembre and praliné containing fleur de sel which drew such attention at Salon du Chocolat.
Mr. RUÉ loves to make chocolate sculptures and he will make miniature chocolate sculptures to order.”
